Hello, everyone!

It's another Nuzlocke Features journal, and at the 5th issue it's still just one day later than supposed to, because we're reliable and awesome like that. :B

Now without further ado, Leptocyon and Krisantyne present you this month's installment of People who deserve way more attention™!

'Light Black' by Lightnymfa

Everyone knows randomized Nuzlockes are super fun, so why does nobody make comics about them? Well, here is one, and it pairs the constant suspense of random Pokémon encounters with a fantastic art style. You'll be entertained in every second of reading it.
Light, the protagonist, is an insecure boy from Aspertia City on a quest to become stronger so he can stand up to his bully, Dark. For some reason, he attracts Pokémon that aren't native to the places he travels or not even to Unova, which everyone else regards as extremely odd. I see some delicious plot building up~.
Also, beautiful Pokémon designs. If you want to see a Combusken that doesn't look dumb and a Bisharp that makes sense, you should go take a look at this comic at once!

'Peanut's Diamond Nuzlocke' & 'Peanut's White Nuzlocke' by Froodals

:iconfroodals:

Peanut's Pokemon Diamond Nuzlocke by Froodals Peanut's Elite Four. by Froodals

Let's face it, Peanut is a rather sub-par Pokémon trainer. (And that means exactly what you're fearing now.) But she is so funny and has such a big heart that you just can't help but love her.
The first Nuzlocke, Diamond, is drawn in lovely traditional style. After meeting and saying good-bye to many interesting Pokémon, it ends on a suspenseful note that leads directly into the plot of the White Nuzlocke. This time, the art is digital and just as cute, and all signs point to this journey really being completed. So join the fun before it is over!
Did I mention there's also a Barry Tosspot in drag? Because that's just one example of all the silly-fun humor that makes all the dead Pokémon bearable. :'D

'Arcadia's FireRed Nuzlocke' by Miss-Arcadia

Nuzlocke signature by Miss-Arcadia

Something eerie happened in Lavender Town (well, even more eerie than usual), and the mysterious Arcadia, protagonist of this comic, seems to have a big part in that. A brilliant story with a cast of diverse, deep characters, and despite the fairly serious setting it doesn't miss out on the humor.
The art is impressive, too, especially when it switches to color. Rarely have I seen the art of soft shading mastered like this.
PS: If you didn't get enough of Arcadia yet after reading this, there's also an Alternate Universe version of her participating in the NOCT. Because, y'know, the normal one clearly doesn't have enough problems...

All the Nuzlockes by Velink

:iconvelink:

NUzlocke Black and White J.A.L. Cover by Velink Zubatman's Sweet Revenge by Velink Hell Girl Nuzlocke Promotional Poster by Velink

If you still don't know about this guy, you know what your next steps should be. He has three running nuzlockes and each one of them radiates with Velink having fun and modifying Pokemon games.

J.A.L. is based on three nuzlocke runs which are all put together in one comic. Three charming protagonists are agents of a scientific organization on a mission, and their Pokemon partners couldn't be crazier than they already are. Wonderful colorful pages with a perfectly clean art (later pages) are always enjoyable to look at. Improvement in art is humongous and I think all of you should see this.

Zubatman... well, it's pretty damn obvious what this comic is based on! But behold! There is one fakemon which Velink created specially to fit this playthrough and put it into game. It's bound to be interesting!

Hell Girl is the newest Velink's project and it's a multi media nuzlocke run inspired by Hell Girl anime. For the needs of this story Velink even mod the game. Now that sounds interesting! And you GOTTA see how incredibly creepy atmosphere the first drawn part has, beautiful Bulbasaur Gijinka (based on traditional Japanese fashion) and how will things work with main character using string dolls instead of Pokeballs. 0.o

Let me guess: lavander town's gym vanished?

Oh yeah, Peanut. Funny and nice, shame she can be....rookiish most of the time.
